ALL firearms purchases must be either shipped to an FFL, or picked up in person at Koyoty Sports with an ATF form 4473 background check. According to federal law, you must be 21 to purchase a firearm, however 18-20 year olds may purchase long guns with a 10 day waiting period. Purchasing a firearm also requires a valid photo ID, and proof of physical address.

All firearms must be compliant with your state of residence. Restocking fees up to 45% may apply to firearms returned due to noncompliance or failure to pass your form 4473 background check.

All firearm sales are final once you have received the firearm.  Used firearms are sold as is.  If you receive a new firearm that has a manufacturer defect, you must contact the manufacturer themselves for repair.
