Shipping Policy
At Koyoty Outdoor Sports Fur & Trading Co, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping to our customers. This policy outlines the shipping methods, processing times, and delivery expectations for orders placed on www.koyotysports.com.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Address Accuracy

Firearms must ship to an FFL. Please ensure that you've entered your chosen FFL's information correctly.

Koyoty Sports is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Due to our rural location, the only outgoing shipping we are able to offer is FedEx ground. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days from the time the order is processed.​

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather.

4. Shipping Rates

Depending on industry availability and pricing, number of packages, and other factors, shipping fees will be calculated and assessed one of two ways:

Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.

Flat rate shipping for each package, pricing may vary.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your package through the carrier's website.

6. International Shipping

According to federal law, firearms are unable to be shipped internationally without an import/export/manufacturing license. As a result we are unable to ship any merchandise outside of the US.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us at trophyroomtaxi@yahoo.com.

We are not responsible for carrier-related delays but will do our best to assist in resolving any issues.

Koyoty Sports is not responsible for lost or destroyed shipments once the carrier has taken possession of the package. Packages can be insured for higher dollar amounts with FedEx, which will result in higher shipping fees.​​​
